What Our Fee Covers

At our firm, your NIW or EB-1A petition is handled directly by your attorney from start to finish — not passed to a template team. Your fee includes:

• Unlimited consultation throughout your case

• Recommender selection strategy and drafting of recommendation letters (where applicable)

• Drafting of your petition letter — completed within 10 business days, guaranteed

• Preparation and filing of the full petition package with USCIS

• Response to any RFE — at no additional charge

As USCIS adjudication tightens, we build each case on an individual strategy rather than a fixed template. The exact attorney fee depends on the complexity of your case and is discussed transparently during your consultation.

  • I-140: $1,015 per family

  • + Premium Processing: extra $2,805 (as of January 2026)

  • I-485: $1,440 (over 14), $950 (under 14) per person

• NIW

  USCIS Filing Fee

  • I-140: $1,015

  • + Premium Processing: extra $2,965 (as of April 2026)

  • I-485: $1,440 (over 14), $950 (under 14) per person

• Family-Based Immigration: Starting from $2,500USD (for I-130 and I-485) / Immigrant Visa Process starting from $3,800USD (for I-130 and NVC)

Billing is conducted via a work log-in, which we count in ten-minute increments. Work logs are disclosed to all clients upon the closing of a case. We only work for as long as a case requires, so you will never be overbilled for unproductive time. Final bills will include costs for copy, filing, messengers, and third-party research tools. Partner rates fall between $370 per hour and Associate rates are around $270 per hour. Our paralegals charge between $150 per hour. Retainers must be paid upfront. When the Applicant has waiver-driven history, the extra fee may occur.

The case will be submitted/delivered directly to the USCIS. A scanned version of work product will be provided upon request. (Scanned PDF).

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

We only offer a refund of attorney fees paid, which is the amount deducted from the hours of work we performed prior to the date of the refund request. The regular hourly rate will be applied. ($370/hour for a partner attorney and $250/hour for an associate attorney.) The 3.5% of convenience fee will not be refunded.
